This position is hybrid, requiring team members to be in the office on average 3 days a week, with the cadence determined at the team level.

This role supports the Real Estate Industry Group, specifically the Renewable Energy team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
  • Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
  • Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Actively participate in proposals
  • Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
  • Gain the respect and confidence of the team through effective client management, timely communication, and clear direction

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in public accounting
  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of audit software such as CCH or ProSystem FX
  • Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
