Assurance, Senior Associate (Governments)

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements including planning, budgeting, execution, and quality control
• Manage teams and mentor junior staff
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor engagement performance, billing, and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 1/2 years of public accounting experience in assurance services preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent CPA preferred or eligible and actively pursuing
• Strong communication, project management, and client service skills

Pay

$85,000–$105,000 + Bonus programs.
