Assurance Senior Associate [Financial Services Group]

About the role

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior to join our team in Los Angeles or San Francisco. This position is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Illustrate budgets and schedules
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
• Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills

Pay

The salary range for Assurance Senior Associates is $75,000 - $120,000, with salary determination varying based on factors such as geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.

This position is hybrid, with team members expected to be in the office on average 3 days a week.
