Assurance Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Aid clients with financial reporting requirements, such as compilation, review, and audits.
• Offer accounting support and conduct analysis on accounting systems.
• Familiarize yourself with announcements from the FASB and AICPA.
• Master GAAP, cash, tax, or other specialized accounting frameworks, and understand financial statement presentations.
• Take charge of supervising audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on the work of junior staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or be a CPA candidate.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and software, including QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring confidentiality within the organization.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible working hours as required.

Pay
