About the Role

Oversee day-to-day hatchery operations, ensuring maximum hatchability and chick quality. Monitor and manage incubation processes, including egg setting, hatching, and chick handling. Ensure optimal environmental conditions within the hatchery facility. Implement and maintain biosecurity measures to minimize risks and ensure disease-free operations. Manage and train hatchery staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and performance metrics.
