Asst. Director/Therapist - Cottonwood

Responsibilities

• Provide services to consumers of our Cottonwood Residential program.
• Serve as an Assistant to the Cottonwood Director.
• Assist the Program Director as needed with managing the staff and day-to-day administrative operations of the program.
• Serve as a backup to the Director of Cottonwood in their absence.
• Rotate on call with Program Director, requiring on-call hours including weekends and/or evenings.

Requirements

• A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Completion of a clinical practicum.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Prioritize two years post-masters experience providing therapy.
• Licensure in the State of Alabama as an LPC, LICSW or LMFT is preferred but not required.
