Farmers Insurance offers entrepreneurial opportunities for individuals to own and operate their own insurance agencies. The Associate agent opportunity is designed for business professionals with a track record of success, interested in becoming Farmers® agency owners. Upon completion of the program, Associate agents can have the capital requirements reduced or waived based on achieving certain criteria set by Farmers. Compensation is paid to Associate agents based on monthly productions.
