Associate Warehouse Mgr - Seedway - Hall, NY

The company offers a full range of farm seed products and lawn and turf products in Pennsylvania, New York, New England states, Florida, and South Carolina.

Responsibilities

- Ensures all products are packaged accurately and meet weight and labeling requirements. - Oversees shipping and receiving processes to maintain accuracy and on-time delivery. - Maintains precise inventory counts of bagged and stored products. - Operates equipment such as forklifts, mixers, baggers, and treaters in a safe and efficient manner. - Monitors daily warehouse activities, identifies issues, and recommends process improvements to the Warehouse Manager. - May assist with driving and running local errands as needed, or provide support at other facilities. - Performs additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of warehouse experience preferred. - Strong understanding of receiving, maintaining, labeling, and shipping procedures. - Demonstrates key strengths in teamwork, communication, customer service, and decision-making. - Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate warehouse machinery safely. - Must be able to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certification.
