Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for College Access programs and community engagement
- Supervise staff in various College Access initiatives
- Manage and oversee College Access budgets with collaboration
- Cultivate and measure outreach strategies for underrepresented populations
- Expand relationships with K-12 leaders and community organizations
- Act as the Vice President's representative at key events and meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in education, counseling, public policy, or related field
- 8 years of relevant experience with 3 years managing complex budgets
- Minimum of six years supervising and developing professional staff
- Experience working with diverse communities, especially with underrepresented minorities
- Deep understanding of barriers to higher education access
- Prominent track record in cultivating partnerships
- Strong advocacy skills at institutional and state levels
