Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile) is a plus
• Industry-specific knowledge in financial services, technology, or healthcare
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leaders

Pay

The wage range for this role is $163,400 to $322,100, reflecting a broad set of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The range has not been adjusted for geographic differential associated with the position's location. Individuals are typically not hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, with awards based on individual and organizational performance.
