About the role

Rocklin Ranch Veterinary Clinic is looking for experienced or newly graduated Veterinarians. We have a comprehensive mentorship program for New Graduates to support growth and development as you navigate your new career in Veterinary Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-hour per week mentorship program for 16 weeks, consisting of 1:1 appointments with 1:1 mentors to build confidence and skill in Surgery, Medicine, and Communication.
• Work in a supportive and structured environment with a high support staff ratio, modern equipment, and a collaborative team.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing.

• Highly competitive salary of $140k-$220k (average $200k-$240k/yr), without negative accruals, quotas, or production plans.
