About the role

Full-service, small animal hospital; privately owned practice with a 5‑doctor team. Seeking a full‑time GP Associate – open to conversation around scheduling specifics. 4:1 tech‑to‑doctor ratio. Established client base. Hospital hours: Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Friday 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.–1 p.m., Sunday closed. Flexible start and stop times for DVMs. Full‑time and part‑time options available.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Missouri State Veterinary License required.
• 2+ years experience practicing small animal medicine is preferred.

Pay

Compensation: commensurate with experience and dependent on schedule – straight base salary or base + production (whatever is meaningful for you!).
