Private Practice Clinician

Seeking multiple Urologists to join a well-established private practice in Upstate New York. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive urologic care across various subspecialties, including Female Pelvic Medicine, Reconstructive Surgery, Robotics, Urologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Surgery. Participate in patient consultations, surgeries, and outpatient procedures at nine locations and hospitals. Enjoy a non-burdensome call schedule with dedicated call pools per location, and optional outreach with hospitals for additional compensation. Operate in a modern, 2021-built ASC exclusively for urologic surgeries, with access to ancillary income and investment opportunities. Potential for Partnership after two years. Robotics experience is preferred but not mandatory. Qualifications: MD/DO degree, with excellent clinical skills. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
