Private Practice Clinician
About the role
Flourish, LLC is a private psychotherapy practice located in Middlebury, CT serving northern New Haven County and Litchfield County. We are seeking a fully-licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) clinician with at least 1 year of post-licensure psychotherapy experience. This role offers the flexibility of a private practice setting without the administrative burden of agency work, allowing you to focus on providing behavioral health treatment to clients with a wide range of presenting concerns.
You will have the freedom to choose a fully remote, hybrid, or in-office setting, create your own schedule, and let us handle marketing, insurance billing, and administrative costs while you focus on therapy.
Requirements
- Fully-licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with at least 1 year of post-licensure psychotherapy experience
- Provide your own professional liability insurance and professional licensure verification
- Pass a background check
- Adhere to all CT laws and ethical codes for the profession
- Ability to commute or relocate to Middlebury, CT 06762 before starting work
Responsibilities
- Schedule clients and maintain appropriate clinical documentation
- Create and implement treatment plans

Pay
60/40% split of negotiated insurance carrier rates.
