Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and effective veterinary care to patients
- Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements
- Experience in surgery is welcomed but not required
- Kind, collaborative, and passionate about veterinary medicine
- Approachable and effective communicator with clients and team members
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and valuing mentorship and collaboration
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Minnesota
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members

Pay
Base salary commensurate with experience ($120,000-160,000) with a true NO-negative accrual monthly production bonus.
Schedule
Full-time opportunities starting at 3 or 4 days per week. Rotating Saturday shift from 8am – 12pm designed to support flexibility and longevity in practice.
