Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective veterinary care to patients
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements

• Experience in surgery is welcomed but not required
• Kind, collaborative, and passionate about veterinary medicine
• Approachable and effective communicator with clients and team members

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Minnesota
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members

Pay

Base salary commensurate with experience ($120,000-160,000) with a true NO-negative accrual monthly production bonus.

Schedule

Full-time opportunities starting at 3 or 4 days per week. Rotating Saturday shift from 8am – 12pm designed to support flexibility and longevity in practice.
