Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA-accredited small animal practice serving the Mukilteo community for over 40 years. We offer a collaborative, team-oriented environment where veterinarians can practice high-quality medicine while building lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animal patients.
  • Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans using evidence-based medicine.
  • Perform soft tissue surgical procedures and dentistry based on your experience and interests.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostics, digital radiography, and laboratory findings to guide patient care.
  • Partner with clients through education, communication, and shared decision-making.
  • Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on challenging medical and surgical cases.
  • Maintain complete, accurate medical records.
  • Pursue continuing education and professional development to expand your clinical interests.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates).
  • Active Washington veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
  • Successful completion of the NAVLE.
  • Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care.
  • A desire to build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
  • A passion for lifelong learning and professional growth.
