We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Mission statement etc. Could be "About the role" maybe includes overview. - Position Overview: description. - Why Join Us: details about facilities, location, lifestyle. - Our Ideal Candidate: bullet list. - Compensation and Benefits: salary range, sign-on bonus, relocation, health insurance, 401K, CE allowance, reimbursement, discounts, flexible working conditions. - Key Responsibilities: list. - Qualifications (Required): list. - Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): list. - What We Offer: benefits list (some overlapping with compensation). Might be duplicate. - Pay Range: repeated. We need to avoid duplication but preserve all substantive info. We can combine overlapping info. We need sections: About the role (maybe mission and overview), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Qualifications Required), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Skills?), Skills (maybe Preferred Skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Schedule: mention flexible working conditions promoting work/life balance, weekend/weeknight on-call shifts. So schedule info present. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So include only sections with content. Let's extract content. About the role: Could combine mission statement, position overview, why join us, location/lifestyle, ideal candidate? But "About the role" maybe just overview. We'll include mission, position overview, why join us, location/lifestyle, ideal candidate as prose? But we need to use

for prose,

  • for lists. We'll create sections:

    About the role

At PetVet Care Centers, our mission is to improve the lives of animals and people — providing exceptional and compassionate care at every stage — for all the moments that matter. Because life is better with pets. We deliver the Ultimate Care Experience — every pet, every client, every time. That starts with a Culture of Care that supports our team members as much as the pets and clients we serve. With more than 420 locally led hospitals and over 11,000 team members nationwide, we offer local autonomy with national support, career mobility and development opportunities, and a collaborative, inclusive environment where your wellbeing comes first.

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Small or Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join our collaborative and supportive team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care and possess excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager. Animal Medical Center of Wyoming in Gillette, WY, was founded in 1991 by Colorado State University grads Dr. Darren Lynde and Dr. Marshall Kohr, our hospital has been a staple in the community for over 30 years. We are deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of animals and their owners. Our hospital is a full-service, mixed animal practice primarily treating dogs, cats, horses, and cows, with occasional care for pocket pets and other large animals like goats, pigs, llamas, and donkeys.

Why Join Us: Small Animal Hospital: Six exam rooms, surgery suite, Sound-Elkin digital radiography, digital dental radiography, GE Logic digital ultrasound with Doppler, and access to PetRays for advanced image interpretation. Large Animal Hospital: Equine exam area, endoscopy, surgical area for non-intubation procedures, cattle chute, heated barn with seven stalls, clinic trucks for house calls, and Arthrex ACS and PRP systems. Advanced Dentistry: Full mouth radiographs for every patient and advanced training for new veterinarians and technicians with a board-certified dentist. Comprehensive Services: Boarding, cremation services, and a pet food outlet. Location and Lifestyle: Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of nearby National Parks and Monuments such as Yellowstone, the Badlands, the Bighorn Mountains, and Devils Tower. Wyoming is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

Our Ideal Candidate: Thrives in a fast-paced environment; comfortable working with a diverse range of animals including dogs, cats, horses, and cows; a team player eager to provide the highest standard of care; open to mentorship opportunities, making it perfect for new graduates; willing to rotate through weekend and weeknight on-call shifts.

But we might split Ideal Candidate into Requirements or Qualifications. However we already have sections for Requirements and Qualifications. Let's decide. Requirements (Required) list: Veterinarian degree, license, DEA, 1+ years experience, strong diagnostic and clinical skills, excellent surgical and dental skills, ability to work in team, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to compassionate care, excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, client communication skills, display confidence, may include some climbing..., some tasks involve periodic performance of moderately physically demanding work, position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We'll put that under

    Requirements

    with
    • . Qualifications (maybe Preferred Skills) list: Clinical Knowledge and Skills, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills, Professionalism, Business Acumen, Ethics, Commitment to Continuing Education. We'll put under

      Qualifications

(or Skills?). The instruction says use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have both Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Possibly Qualifications = required qualifications, Skills = preferred skills/nice to have. But we already used Requirements for required. Could shift: Requirements = required qualifications, Qualifications = preferred skills? But they said Qualifications (Required) in posting. So we could map that to Requirements. And Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) to Skills. Let's do that. Thus:

      Requirements

(covers Veterinarian degree, license, DEA, 1+ years experience, strong diagnostic and clinical skills, excellent surgical and dental skills, ability to work well in team, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality veterinary care, excellent communication skills, client communication skills, display confidence, may include some climbing..., some tasks involve periodic performance of moderately physically demanding work, position does require ability to lift up to 50 pounds.)

      Skills

(covers Preferred Skills: Clinical Knowledge and Skills, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills, Professionalism, Business Acumen, Ethics, Commitment to Continuing Education.) Now Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. Benefits: combine Compensation and Benefits and What We Offer and Pay Range. Need to avoid duplication but preserve all. Compensation and Benefits: Salary $110,000 - $135,000 and Production bonus - No negative accrual option available! Up to $75,000 sign-on/retention bonus Relocation and Commitment Bonuses High-quality health, dental, and vision insurance Optional life insurance and disability insurance 401K with company contribution Generous Continuing Education (CE) allowance Reimbursement for membership dues and license fees Numerous discounts and supplemental insurance options Flexible working conditions promoting a healthy work/life balance What We Offer: Signing, retention, and relocation packages up to $75,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Parental Leave (birth, adoption, foster) 401(k) with discretionary contribution Team Member Pet Discounts Emotional wellbeing support — including Calm app access and 24/7 EAP CE stipends and career development resources Grant Circle — a relief fund for team members facing personal hardship Local hospital culture backed by national resources Pay Range $110,000—$135,000 USD (duplicate) We need to include Pay section maybe just salary range. But we already have salary in Benefits. However instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary range. So we should have a Pay section with the salary range. Benefits section can include other benefits (bonuses, insurance, 401k, CE, etc). Schedule section: mention flexible working conditions promoting work/life balance, weekend/weeknight on-call shifts. Thus:

      Pay

      Salary range: $110,000 – $135,000 USD.

But we have duplication of some items (signing bonus etc). We'll keep unique. Schedule:

      • Performs other duties as assigned by Management
Now About the role: we need to avoid too much repetition. We'll include mission, position overview, why join us, location/lifestyle, ideal candidate maybe as prose. But we already used ideal candidate in Requirements? Actually ideal candidate includes thrives in fast-paced environment, comfortable with diverse animals, team player, open to mentorship, willing to rotate weekend/weeknight on-call shifts. Some of that overlaps with schedule and requirements. But we can keep ideal candidate in About the role as prose. Let's craft About the role:

At PetVet Care Centers, our mission is to improve the lives of animals and people — providing exceptional and compassionate care at every stage — for all the moments that matter. Because life is better with pets. We deliver the Ultimate Care Experience — every pet, every client, every time.
