About the Clinic

Abingdon Square Veterinary Clinic is a full-service small animal hospital located in the charming West Village of New York City, offering gold-standard medical and surgical care, including urgent care during business hours. This brand-new state-of-the-art facility offers a private doctor office, and a strong collaborative environment with 4+ veterinarians on-site. We are proudly Fear Free, Feline Friendly Certified, and Human-Animal Bond Certified. Our diagnostic equipment includes an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. Our phenomenal support staff are the heart of our practice, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent patient care. Our doctors perform a variety of routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries and dentistry, with full anesthetic monitoring and support.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree, with a license to practice in NY – active and in good standing
• Experience in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
• Passion for teamwork, mentorship, and delivering exceptional patient care
• Confidence in handling a wide range of cases in a fast-paced setting

Pay

Pay Rate: $165,000 - $180,000 annually (commensurate with experience + production); plus Sign-On Bonus

Schedule

Full-Time, 30-40 hours per week
GP Hours: M-Th: 7:30AM - 7PM; F - 7:30AM - 6PM; Sat: 8AM - 5PM; Sun: Closed
