Associate Underwriting Assistant

About the Role

Get your foot in the door as an Underwriting Support Specialist in our Underwriting Support group at a growing company that offers development and advancement opportunities. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers. You will leverage your analytical and communication skills to perform tasks such as indexing mail for the imaging system, entering data and conducting audits, preparing safety recommendation letters, and verifying coverage, among other duties.

Requirements

• Analytical ability and strong data entry skills
• Team-oriented personality
• Above-average interpersonal communication skills
• Technical aptitude to master multiple systems
• Willingness to learn the insurance industry through on-the-job training (background in insurance not required)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (eligible for hybrid schedule: three days in the office, two days remote)
