About the role

We are looking for a Truck Sourcing Specialist Associate to join our Transportation division. You must be customer-focused with excellent communication, project management, and change management skills. The role requires the ability to influence internal customers, build relationships, and lead change efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine logistical activities including reporting, system updates, emails, and customer service.
• Identify and resolve pricing, compliance, and data maintenance issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve visibility for internal and external customers.
• Maintain carrier information and pricing documents within Excel and specific ERP systems.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders to identify performance metrics and create presentations for business reviews and sourcing projects.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the transportation team, CHS Retail Offices, Sales, and other groups.
• Work directly with carrier partners to assist with onboarding and maintaining compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Technical or associate degree or higher (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication, data skills, and time management.
• Self-starter and motivated to learn new systems and proficiencies.

Pay
