Associate, Treasury (Cash Management)

Treasury Operations

This role supports and enhances the firm's day-to-day cash management functions, focusing on operational tasks for investment funds such as processing wires, transfers, and managing cash reconciliations.

• Processing wires for investment fundings
• Transfers between legal entities within complex fund structures
• Settling foreign exchange transactions, margin calls, and swaps
• Liquidity management to ensure Funds have sufficient cash
• Maintaining and overseeing opening, closing, and maintenance of Fund bank accounts
• Managing overseas team for cash reconciliations
• Analyzing complex/escalated cash breaks
• Liaising with fund administrators, trustees, and auditors
• Leading process improvement efforts and automation initiatives
• Assisting with testing new processes, technologies, and initiatives
• Leading special projects and ad hoc analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field from an accredited university
• Minimum of 1-5 years of treasury/cash management experience
• Experience processing wires highly preferred
