Treasury Management Associate
About the role
Responsible for maintaining a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business customers and serves as a resource to clients by providing professional, efficient customer service. Provides problem resolution to customers in support of customer retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, pro formas, and other sales and marketing materials to be used in the cash management sales process
- Work with Treasury Management Manager, Commercial Lenders, Branch Managers, and other bank sales personnel with client discussions involving Treasury Management product/service selection
- Communicate with potential and/or existing treasury management clients to finalize product/service requirements and gather appropriate agreements and enrollment forms
- Cook up and manage the implementation process for all treasury management products and services. This includes facilitating the initial setup, testing, and start of production with bank departments (such as Online Banking, IPS, Electronic Banking, and Bookkeeping) and the client
- Monitor the implementation process and report problems/delays to Treasury Management Manager
- Maintain account analysis billing process to ensure it is functioning properly post-implementation
- Provide Treasury Management product and service support, perform problem resolution and trouble-shooting activities in a structured format to all customers
- Train customers for all treasury management products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, commercial loan operations, or related field
