Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to investment execution emails from deal teams and external partners in a timely manner.
  • Communicate updates in systems and slack, including wire instructions, payee details, timing, and Fed reference numbers.
  • Ensure funding is requested and received before deal deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
  • Enter wire instruction data into internal systems (HT) in advance of funding dates.
  • Confirm wire setup in HT; assist with HL Treasury wire setup if needed.
  • Provide Fed reference numbers to deal teams and legal promptly.
  • Maintain real-time updates in the deal tracker SharePoint.
  • Support cross-functional requests from other departments.

Cash Management

  • Manage cash liquidity for assigned funds.
  • Collaborate with Fund Accounting to recommend capital calls, distributions, and line of credit draws.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.

Evergreen Funds

  • Prepare or review weekly cash liquidity files and contribute to cash meetings with insights and recommendations.
  • Cook up subscription and redemption movements per dealing calendars, working with Transfer Agents, Evergreen Ops, and Fund Accounting.
  • Manage monthly FX transactions and quarterly hedge settlements with banking partners in collaboration with Portfolio management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Team Oversight & Mentorship

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and team members.
  • Review work, answer questions, and support professional development.
  • Execute special projects and tasks assigned by the manager with clear deliverables and deadlines.

Tax Support

  • Assist with processing same-day tax wires and Anybill tax payments for funds and HLA.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or investment operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A.).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
