Key Responsibilities

• Complete 22-28 client sessions per week (video teletherapy age 18+)
• Conduct thorough intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic formulations, risk assessments, and treatment plans
• Document progress notes and discharge summaries within required timeframes
• Participate 3-4x/mo in 1:1 and group supervision
• Engage in structured learning sessions, clinical workshops, and case presentations
• Complete quarterly check-ins to discuss performance and career goals with supervisor
• Join and engage during Quarterly Wellbee Forums, monthly professional development, and quarterly socials and community gatherings
• Welcome new teammates and contribute to a strong sense of belonging across the team

Compensation & Benefits

• Both pathways begin at a fee-for-service rate while you build your caseload, then transition to full-time salaried with benefits
• 22-Session Pathway: $48,000 + full benefits + $3,000/mo in covered expenses ($84,000 total annual value)
• 28-Session Pathway: $61,000 + full benefits + $3,000/mo in covered expenses ($97,000 total annual value)
• Ramp rate: $36–$41/session
