Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Execute processes for molding and casting according to the schedule.
• Consistent quality in molding, casting, trimming, and bodywork skills.
• Comprehension of different methodologies and how to find efficiencies.
• Executing processes for molding/casting to meet quality expectations set by both LF and client standards.
• Complete Plastics Fabrication QAP as required by each project.
• Identify potential ways to improve efficiency.
• Maintain shop safety guidelines and practices.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' minimum experience in a similar role or fabrication shop.
• Knowledge of fiberglass production, carpentry, and steel fabrication.
• Knowledge of the molding and casting process of sculptures.
• A detail-oriented multitasker.
• Great communication skills and the ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with both electric and pneumatic hand power tools.
• Driver’s license required.
• High school diploma required.

Pay

Compensation: Hourly position commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is full-time; must have flexibility in your schedule to allow for extended hours as needed on a project by project basis.
