Responsibilities

  • Represent the Company interest of universal and consistent fit and proper construction
  • Network with design and production to communicate company point of view to vendors
  • Lead fit sessions
  • Communicate development and fit information, from initial concept through TOP samples, through written reports, phone conversations, and sketches and/or pattern corrections, in a timely manner
  • Maintain fit standards
  • Create and maintain tracking reports of sample status
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or Art (or equivalent experience and education)
  • 1-2 years of technical design experience in Intimates; Experience with pad/underwire development is preferred.
  • Keen eye for color, trend, detail and construction
  • Able to multi task and prioritize based on business objectives
  • Able to act as liaison between many departments; excellent communication and analytic skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, computer literate and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working in an hybrid environment - working in office 2-3 days a week (or more based on the needs of the business/big milestone week)

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive health care benefits (including medical, vision, and dental); wellness benefits; 401(k) retirement benefits; life and disability insurance; employee stock purchase program; paid time off; paid sick leave; and parental leave and benefits. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part-time or full-time / exempt or non-exempt), and years of service.
