Associate Designer (Swim & Activewear)

About the role

The Associate Designer will support the growing creative team within Active and Swim categories, working closely with the design team to bring seasonal collections to life.

Responsibilities

• Support the design team with seasonal Active and Swim collections.
• Research trends, color, fabric, silhouettes, and competitive product.
• Create and update CADs, technical sketches, colorways, and presentation boards.
• Affiliate with tech packs, fit comments, sample reviews, and product development updates.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and overseas partners as needed.
• Help maintain organization of design files, samples, and seasonal calendars.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of design experience, ideally in Active, Swim, or contemporary apparel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• Experience creating flats, CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials.
• A strong eye for fit, proportion, color, print, and fabric.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive team player with strong communication skills.
