Talent Attraction Business Partner, Early Career
Responsibilities
- Execute initiatives to drive Trimble’s hiring goals for early career, intern and rotational programs globally.
- Cultivate long-term relationships in an effort to lead campus recruiting events and source and hire top talent.
- Create long-term relationships with university partners and build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Partner with hiring managers, PX and business stakeholders to identify early talent hiring needs and define recruitment strategies through best practices.
- Plan, execute and attend on-campus and virtual events.
- Own full-lifecycle recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions including building our talent pipeline.
- Screens candidates, schedules on-site interviews, and drives selection process.
- Maintain long-term, positive candidate and university partner relationships.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help continue to grow, refine and scale our global early career strategy.
- Contribute to elevate our Trimble brand though online platforms and on campus.
- Travel about 20% annually, with a heavier travel focus in the Fall season.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- 1 year of related work experience preferably in HR/Recruiting.
- Strong communication, public speaking and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for early talent development.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and data to influence internal customers.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Simplicity, Workday and Eightfold Career Connection.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience executing events and employer branding specific to early careers.
Qualifications
- Innovative mindset and a desire to drive data-driven change.
- Experience designing internship or university partnership programs.
- Background in technical recruiting a plus.
- Previous university or campus recruiting experience in addition to working with faculty and career services to develop partnership is a plus.

$58,300.00–$80,100.00 Pay Rate Type Salary
