Associate System Analyst

About the role

This position involves analyzing and optimizing user access across enterprise systems, focusing on identity and access management. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Pensacola, FL, Winchester, VA, or Vienna, VA. As a contract position, the role spans 12 months and requires experience in access control management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and ensure timely onboarding and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain role-based access controls to enforce security policies.
• Provide support for access-related issues and collaborate with teams for troubleshooting.
• Participate in access reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Analyze requirements and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in problem resolution and root cause analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with a record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in data querying, reporting, and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
