About the Role

The Associate Success Manager owns HealthStream onboarding activities for assigned customer workstreams, ensuring process adoption and guiding customers on best practices for configuring pre-deployed credentialing content to optimize efficiency and support success with our credentialing solution.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
  • Own HealthStream onboarding activities for designated customer workstreams, ensuring successful process adoption in parallel with the launch or ongoing optimization of HealthStream solutions.
  • Formulate deployment plans and timelines to maximize efficient use of best-practice content while meeting client business needs at go-live.
  • Analyze client business processes and provide expert advice on implementing our automation engine and content library to reduce inefficiencies and streamline credentialing and review processes.
  • Negotiate with clients on behalf of HealthStream regarding scope, design, implementation, and long-term optimization plans for solutions.
  • Lead client meetings to educate customers on best-practice configuration of pre-deployed content.
  • Evaluate customer implementation needs during sales conversations to ensure alignment with onboarding strategy.
  • Maintain timely updates to project records in Salesforce for accurate status and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer onboarding issues promptly.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating client feedback to drive product, automation engine, and content library improvements.
  • Engage productively in support of all HealthStream initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and CredentialStream.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
  • Affinity for technology.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $61,712 - $80,145, determined based on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.
