Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and support the development and execution of MSIG USA’s mid- to long-term growth strategies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable, measurable initiatives.
  • Lead and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across core functions, including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations.
  • Facilitate alignment and coordination across business units to ensure effective execution and outcomes.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and data-driven assessments to inform CEO and executive decision-making.
  • Identify organizational, operational, and execution gaps and develop recommendations to address them.
  • Prepare high-quality, executive-level materials for management meetings, Board discussions, and CEO-led forums.
  • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain processes to support effective execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders by ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience working on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and interacting with senior leadership.
  • Experience: Prior experience in or exposure to the insurance industry preferred.

Pay

The base pay range is $100-112K. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
