Associate - Strategic Advisory (Generalist M&A)

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and modelling
• Drafting of client presentations
• Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use
• Conducting financial and other business-related research
• Coordinating complex and time-sensitive processes
• Active involvement in client facing situations
• Aid in the execution of transactions
• Participation in talent development efforts, including recruiting

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, intelligent, and proven self-starters
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
• Interests outside of work
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Strong background in finance, accounting, and alternative investment strategies

Pay

• Expected annualized base salary of $200,000 to $250,000
