Responsibilities

• Defend workers compensation claims and related litigation
• Identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Communicate confidently, articulately, and persuasively in speech and writing
• Work using case management software in a paperless environment

Requirements

• Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing (required)
• Minimum 2-5 years of defense experience
• Personable and friendly character
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
