Responsibilities

• Defend workers' compensation claims and related litigation
• Identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Demonstrate confident, articulate, and persuasive communication in speech and writing
• Work in a paperless environment using case management software

Requirements

• Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing (required)
• Minimum 2-5 years of defense experience
• Personable and friendly character
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
