Responsibilities

• Defend workers compensation claims and related litigation
• Deliver strategic, detail-oriented advocacy
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Work in a paperless environment using case management software

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing (required)
• Minimum 2-5 years of defense experience
• Personable and friendly character
• Confident, articulate, and persuasive in speech and writing
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
