Associate Specialist

Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting project of Global Market Access (GMA) team.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for GMA project application and follow up, documents check and delivery in a timely manner (50%)
• Coordinate and manage communication among Sales, Project Engineers, and customers throughout the entire GMA project lifecycle to ensure smooth project execution (15%)
• Answer customers' enquiries & colleagues' enquiries (15%)
• Support the GMA team in daily operational activities, including PO application processing, invoice collection, and other administrative tasks (15%)
• Perform other duties assigned by manager (5%)

Job Requirements

• College degree or above
• Experience in certification/testing field is preferred
• Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure
• Good command of English
