Associate Solutions Architect (Remote)

This is a remote position for someone based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the Sales team as the key Customer Excellence lead for developing services solutions.
• Design the vision and architecture for a Vocera solution, including specification of technical, wireless, training, deployment plan, and integration requirements.
• Develop clear and accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), requiring strong business writing, grammar, attention to detail, and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Develop Professional Service Proposals and manage the qualification, bid and negotiation phases of selling a new engagement.
• Establish excellent cross-functional relationships with the Customer Excellence, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Product and Systems Engineering teams.
• Listen to customers and use active listening to understand and anticipate their needs and develop a Solutions Proposal that meets their requirements and expectations.
• Utilize excellent client-facing and presentation skills, understanding the art of negotiation and demonstrating tact and professionalism in handling difficult situations with customers.
• Guide customers through the integration decision-making process in determining the best solution for their environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 6+ years of additional relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within healthcare IT or in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Healthcare product/vendor experience preferred.
• Integration knowledge preferred.

Pay

• United States (excluding specific zones): $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
• Puerto Rico: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
• US5 Zone: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
• US10 Zone: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
• US15 Zone: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
• US20 Zone: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
• US30 Zone: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
