On-siteEngineering$105k–$125k/yrFull-time

Role Description

Treat demo environments like a product. Own data integrity, versioning, reliability, and rapid reset. Build the tooling (data generators, environment provisioning, workflow templates) that makes demo and POC setup fast and repeatable. Be the first user and the harshest critic of every product release. Translate what ships into demo-ready workflows before anyone else at Tennr touches them. Own the demo asset roadmap. When Tennr enters a new vertical, build the demo from zero. Partner with AEs and SMEs to turn vertical knowledge into a credible, day-one demo environment, then iterate based on real prospect feedback and deal outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 0-2 years as a Demo Engineer or equivalent (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
  • TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency strongly preferred. Our codebase is TypeScript and you'll be in it.
  • Solid workflow design chops. You know how to take a messy business process and turn it into a clean technical implementation.
  • API experience beyond reading docs. You've built integrations, not just consumed them.
  • High ownership mindset. You take an ambiguous problem, figure out the scope, and ship.
  • Communication skills that make complex things click. You can walk a non-technical audience through a gnarly workflow and have them nodding by the end.
  • Comfortable on camera. You'll be creating instructional content regularly.
