Associate Solutions Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role blends technical advisory, customer engagement, and enablement for commercial B2B SaaS customers. The Associate Solutions Architect will help customers navigate product adoption, resolve limited-scope technical questions, and strengthen overall customer health. This person will also partner closely with Customer Success Managers and contribute to scalable self-service and education resources that improve the customer experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of commercial customers and support their ongoing technical needs
• Monitor customer health signals and proactively engage at-risk customers
• Provide limited-scope technical support for commercial customers
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on customer priorities
• Direct customers to self-service resources when appropriate
• Contribute to academy content and maintain accurate digital resources
• Design and deliver technical workshops and webinars

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role in B2B SaaS
• Experience producing technical content such as help articles and video walkthroughs
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms
• Foundational experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams

Pay

$125,000 – $191,667 annually
