Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse set of operational and product support responsibilities, collaborating across numerous teams and systems
  • Interact with clients throughout the day on product inquiries
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and manage client requests while providing real-time solutions
  • Act as an escalation point for client counterparties and internal teams for appropriate issue resolution
  • Develop an understanding of financial technology and its role in the market
  • Participate in immersive product and industry training to lay the foundation for technical and capital markets knowledge
  • Build relationships with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, and Technology teams within hedge funds, asset managers, and sell-side partners
  • Gain exposure to building internal networks and growing your career based on individual skills and interests
  • Advance your career within the Solutions group or through various pathways across the organization, including Client Engagement, Client Success, Product Management, or Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong client-facing skills demonstrated in excellent verbal and written communications
  • Superior problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Desire to work directly with clients building relationships
  • Ability to take initiative and handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time

Preferred

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or technology field
  • Familiarity with SQL

Pay

The expected base salary for the position is between $70,000 to $80,000 USD annually.
