Associate Solution Engineer | Retail

About the role

Assist the sales force (direct and channel) by providing in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our Epicor Retail POS product in order to close ERP sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with the Sales team.
• Document processes and provide workflow analysis in the retail vertical.
• Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
• Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
• Assist in conducting customer or prospect webinars.

30% domestic travel required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of presales experience within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience.
• Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Experience in the retail industry or with POS systems.
• Documented experience giving customer presentations or demonstrations.
• 1+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite, or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).

Pay

Range Minimum: $62,000 USD
Maximum: $100,000 USD
