About the role

Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., with over 650 state-of-the-art locations in 38 states. The company also operates Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified centers for highline and luxury EV repair.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop accurate repair estimates to achieve profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Provide estimates that support DRP partnerships and meet KPI goals.
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Deliver personal, trusted service by reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers, including:
  • Greeting customers by phone or in-person.
  • Educating customers about the collision repair process, insurance claims, processing, and payment procedures.

Qualifications

• Embody professionalism and align with Crash Champions’ culture and brand.
• Arrive on time daily, ready to learn.
• Commit to a 7-9 month program for completion.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Be ambitious, observe all areas of the location, and ask questions.
• Attend calls and complete all required training, including assignments in CYOU and I-CAR.
• Update tracker weekly through the end of Stage 2.
• Write as many estimates as possible.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $15.24 – $25.00 USD.
