Associate Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to achieve profit benchmarks.
• Educating customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Providing estimates in a manner that supports DRP partnerships and achieves KPI goals.
• Finalizing total loss administration.
• Delivering personal, trusted service by reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers, including:
  • Greeting customers by phone or in-person.
  • Educating customers about the collision repair process, insurance claims, processing, and payment procedures.

Qualifications

• Embody professionalism and align with the Crash Champions culture and brand.
• Commit to a 7-9 month program for completion.
• Arrive on time daily, ready to learn.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Be ambitious and observe all areas of the location while asking questions.
• Attend calls and complete all required training, including assignments in CYOU and I-CAR.
• Complete a weekly tracker through the end of Stage 2.
• Write as many estimates as possible.

Pay

USD $15.00 – $25.00 per hour.
