Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop accurate repair estimates to help the organization achieve profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Provide estimates in a manner that supports DRP partnerships and achieves KPI goals.
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Deliver personal, trusted service by reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers, including:
  • Greeting customers by phone or in-person.
  • Educating customers about the collision repair process, insurance claims, processing, and payment procedures.

Requirements

• Embody professionalism and align with the Crash Champions culture and brand.
• Commit to a 7-9 month program for completion.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Be ambitious, observe all areas of the location, and ask questions.
• Attend calls and complete all required training, including assignments in CYOU and I-CAR.
• Complete a weekly tracker through the end of Stage 2.
• Write as many estimates as possible.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $15.00 – $22.20 USD per hour. The actual offer will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant certifications.
