Foster and develop innovative, transformational solutions to sensing or antenna related challenges and capability gaps for both fielded and developmental systems.
- Develop and utilize code (MATLAB, Python) and commercial software for sensor and antenna design, development, test and evaluation, and performance modeling.
- Participate in data collections, lab measurements, conduct experiments and perform data analyses.
- Evaluate technologies, identify risks, and develop alternate solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in math, physics or engineering.
- Experience with signal processing, sensor data analysis, performing antenna design, or electromagnetic theory.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use programming environments such as MATLAB or Python to develop engineering models or analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts simply and concisely.
- Proven experience working on a team and fostering collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly in technical terms.
- Strong writing and briefing skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS or PhD in electrical engineering, math, or physics.
- Experience developing and evaluating antenna technologies.

Salary Compensation Range and Midpoint
$89,200 - $111,500 - $133,800
