What You'll Do

  • Aid in managing vehicle readiness—such as cleaning, charging, maintenance scheduling, and service coordination—to maintain high fleet availability and uptime.
  • Support the coaching, training, and performance tracking of various team members (Fleet Support Specialists, Operations Advisors, and/or Technicians) and Supervisors. Provide feedback, monitor KPIs, and support team development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular checks on cleaning, charging, and service workflows. Identify gaps, document findings, and support the implementation of process improvements.
  • Use internal software platforms to access real-time fleet data, track vehicle status, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Develop proficiency in data-driven decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as vehicle downtime, charge efficiency, and service cycle times.
  • Contribute insights to improve fleet performance by partnering with Engineering, Logistics, Customer Experience, and Global Operations to resolve blockers, share feedback, and support program growth.
  • Add implementing/driving customer satisfaction strategies by improving response times, managing, and reuniting customers belongings via lost and found, reviewing customer feedback and implementing process based on feedback to improve vehicle cleanliness.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
  • Embrace change, adapt quickly, and contribute ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Understand and improve all aspects of service center performance, championing safety, efficiency, quality, and technical acumen in service operations.

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities.
  • Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques.
  • A relentless drive for excellence that stands out among peers, regardless of background.
  • A low ego and hunger to learn, able to connect with anyone and roll up your sleeves to do whatever is needed to help the team.
  • A valid driver’s license required.
