Associate Release Manager - Pittsburgh, PA
About the role
This individual will help with release management in the Security and Authorization banking space, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology releases. They will work closely with multiple agile crews to ensure releases are well-planned, de-conflicted, and ready for production.
Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates technology releases and changes across the enterprise for multiple applications and various portfolio streams.
- Leads in partnering with various teams to build release schedule and project plan/milestones for an application and/or project.
- Responsible for quality check on change releases to ensure processes are following enterprise standards, guidelines and best practices.
- Creates and maintains deployment plan success guides within segments and projects ahead of release execution.
- Provides guidance to cross-functional teams during change management and release projects.
- Runs standard reports across lines of businesses, segments and applications and provides regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Executes change management processes appropriately.
- Documents release management process improvement opportunities and ensures proper escalation as needed.

- Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay
Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $137,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
Schedule
This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
