About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Experienced Hire Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support talent acquisition across multiple areas within Foundational Business, partnering with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to identify and attract talent aligned with evolving business needs. This role will manage recruiting activities across a diverse portfolio of functions, providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process and adapting recruiting strategies based on the needs of each business area. You will also help deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting the broader talent priorities of Foundational Business. The Experienced Hire Recruiter will work collaboratively with HR partners and hiring teams to deliver an effective recruiting process and secure strong talent for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a portfolio of experienced-hire positions, from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, offer, and pre-onboarding activities, while effectively managing multiple searches and priorities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, establish candidate profiles, and provide consultative guidance throughout the selection and hiring process.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market research, internal and external networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels, adapting sourcing strategies based on role and business needs.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication, effective interview coordination, thoughtful candidate engagement, and partnership with HR and other stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within talent systems, monitor pipeline and recruiting metrics, and use data and market insights to identify opportunities to improve recruiting outcomes and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated experience managing experienced-hire searches across multiple roles and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, assess, engage, and close candidates using a range of recruiting strategies and tools.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate recruiting insights, manage expectations, and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate data, and support recruiting processes.
  • Proficiency using sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social job boards, AI, Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting within financial services, insurance, or a similarly complex corporate environment.
  • Experience using talent acquisition platforms and tools such as SuccessFactors, Eightfold, or similar recruiting technologies.
  • Experience using recruiting data, talent market insights, and pipeline metrics to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.

Pay

Salary Range: $65,000-$83,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
