Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients in a safe and supportive environment
• Participate in regular supervision and case consultation
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training
• Collaborate with other team members to support client needs

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensed Associate Social Worker (ASW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about social justice and mental health advocacy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
• Proficient in using technology for client management and documentation

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
