Associate Therapist (AMFT/APCC) - Full time

About the role

Saratoga Therapy is seeking full-time associates (AMFT or APCC) to join our collaborative group practice. We offer in-network insurance and private pay therapy, both in-person and via TeleHealth, at our offices in Saratoga and Santa Cruz.

Responsibilities

• Provide at least 20 sessions per week.
• Engage in one hour of individual and two hours of group supervision per week.
• Participate in two in-house training days per year.
• Receive 3 weeks of unpaid time off during the first year of employment.
• Receive 3 weeks of paid time off per year after the first year of employment.
• Participate in a 401k plan with matching contributions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (AMFT) or Advanced Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
• Experience in providing therapy in-person and/or via TeleHealth.
• Commitment to the physical body in psychotherapy and relational focus.

Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting each associate in finding their own voice as a therapist.
• Willingness to engage with various therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, Relational Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, SE, NARM, NeuroAffective Touch, and Yoga therapy.

Benefits

• Starting pay is $30/hr for in-network insurance clients.
• Supervisory time and supervision are paid at $20/hr.
• Collect 40% of private pay client fees.
• 3 weeks of unpaid time off during the first year of employment.
• Paid sick leave according to California labor law.
• 3 weeks of paid time off per year after the first year of employment.
• Participation in a 401k plan with matching contributions.
